Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the swing and pack all components, hardware, and instructions securely back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger freight items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
